In a guided meditation, we release unhealthy energetic bonds, increase the vibration of the chakras and allow  the spiritual & emotional centres to be aligned again. Feels like an emotional/spiritual re-boot. Great for managing ongoing stress too. Approx 75min

Energy healing is for people who have experienced big emotional/mental or physical traumas in their lives that they know affect them still. Here we use energy, crystals and Magnetic clearing to release emotions that have become trapped in the body and are affecting either your emotional well-being or physical wellness. This is extremely effective with Kids and Animals too with 'trauma' associated behaviours. Kids and animals tend to be 30min ($60) on average and adults 1 hour per session($110).

Whether you would like an overview of your life or a look at specific areas of your life-using my skills as an intuitive medium/clairvoyant these oracle card readings give you insight into the lessons you will be facing and the guidance to make the most of them. 1 hr

Like life coaching-but with spiritual insight into the souls' lessons, as well as looking at how to assist you in overcoming old negative thinking habits, improve your relationship with yourself and the quality of your life moving forward. Designed to be more regular and ongoing-to assist in keeping you spiritual, mentally and emotionally on track! 1 hour sessions-can be in person or on skype
