Do I need Coaching or Counselling?

Counselling is for people wanting to explore their own emotions, unpack their experiences and feel supported, heard and understood where they are.

I use Existential Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you explore, understand, and lovingly transform your inner world.

Coaching involves intentional and conscious planning, goal setting, learning about neuroscientific principles, universal laws and spiritual laws with a proactive, empowering stance to shifting your results.

I use neuroscience, mindset mastery, and soulful wisdom (without any religious affiliation) to empower you to consciously create the future you desire with intention, awareness and meaning.
