Many clients ask this question and it's important to know the difference in terms of what they offer.
Counselling is for people wanting to explore their own emotions, unpack their experiences and feel supported, heard and understood where they are. My approach is lovingly based on the 'person-centered approach', which means I believe in the value of unconditional acceptance as an important part of our therapeutic relationship. It also holds the belief that you ultimately hold the answers within you, and that with some support, you can access your own inner wisdom.
My deep valuing of a sense of purpose, fulfillment and reaching your fullest potential is in alignment with Existential therapeutic approaches.
Combining both of these with self-inquiry, I often engage in CBT(cognitive behavioural therapy) practices as a tool for change.
In coaching, there is a more strategic approach, that involves intentional and conscious planning, goal setting, learning about neuroscientific principles, universal laws and spiritual laws with a proactive, empowering stance to shifting your results.
Over the years, I've been able to give support to many couples, friends, families and children who are going through challenges to find insight and understanding, and ultimately to find healing.






I draw from a rich blend of therapeutic modalities — Existential Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Emotion Code Release work, Neuroscience and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — each offering unique tools to help you explore, understand, and lovingly transform your inner world
